XML Feeds
XML Feeds are used to publish frequently updated content and allow your site visitors to subscribe to RSS feeds such as recent blog posts, forum posts, and ideas. XML feeds are also used to create sitemaps (i.e. sitemaps.org).
Creating a new XML feed:
Prerequisites: Content Type
- Click on "Components" in the left navigation
- Under "Modules," select "XML Feeds"
- Once in the XML Feeds interface, click "Create new XML Feed"
- Fill in the XML feed name, title, description, and right.
- Choose all relevant settings such as XML feed type (i.e. RSS or sitemaps.org), content type to be associated with the feed, feed limit and sort method.
- Choose the relevant sites, taxonomy categories, security policies, and tags.
- Click "Create xml feed" to submit.

Editing an existing XML feed:
- Click on "Components" in the left navigation
- Under "Modules," select "XML Feeds"
- Once in the XML Feeds interface, navigate to the feed you would like to edit, click "Edit" and under "Actions" on the far right.
- Once in the edit window, make any changes necessary, including changes to the feed name, title, description, and right.
- Choose all relevant settings such as XML feed type (i.e. RSS or sitemaps.org), content type to be associated with the feed, feed limit, and sort method.
- Make all appropriate changes to applicable sites, taxonomy categories, security policies, and tags.
- Click "Save xml feed."
