Tags
Tags allow for user-edited categories and concepts to be applied to content in order to streamline identification and relevancy. For example, let's say your most recent press release relates to product upgrades, users can tag the press release with "product upgrades," and when "product upgrades" is searched for, all related content, including the press release, will show up. Providing the use of content tags improves correlation rates between relative content and makes search results more accurate. Tags can be applied from the back-end or by end-users to all content and community elements managed in eCrowds.
