Pages
As the name implies, pages are a type of content used in eCrowds to provide the basic structure for web pages. Before creating a full page, you will want to have already set up a form and content type for use on that page.
Creating a New Page:
Prerequisites: Content Type and proper form associated with that Content Type
- Click on "Content" in the left navigation
- Under "Modules," select "Pages"
- Once in the Page interface, click "Create new page"
- Fill in the Page name and choose the appropriate Content Type
- Fill in all information relevant to the Content Type selected, and click "Create Page"
*Note- if you want to save a draft of the page, click the "Save as Draft" button instead of submitting your new page for creation.
Editing Pages:
- Click on "Content" in the left navigation
- Under "Modules," select "Pages"
- Once in the Page interface, navigate to the page you would like to edit, and click "Edit" under "Actions" on the far right.
- Once in the edit window, you will see various text and content editing options, which depends upon the Content Type of your page,.
- When finished making edits, click "Save page."
*Note- if you want to save a draft of the page, click the "Save as Draft" button instead of submitting your edited page for creation.
Deleting a Page:
- Click on "Content" in the left navigation
- Under "Modules," select "Pages"
- Once in the Page interface, navigate to the page you wish to delete, and click "Delete" under "Actions" on the far right/
- When prompted with "Are you sure?" click OK.
