As the name implies, pages are a type of content used in eCrowds to provide the basic structure for web pages. Before creating a full page, you will want to have already set up a form and content type for use on that page.

Creating a New Page:

Prerequisites: Content Type and proper form associated with that Content Type

  1. Click on "Content" in the left navigation
  2. Under "Modules," select "Pages"
  3. Once in the Page interface, click "Create new page"
  4. Fill in the Page name and choose the appropriate Content Type
  5. Fill in all information relevant to the Content Type selected, and click "Create Page"

*Note- if you want to save a draft of the page, click the "Save as Draft" button instead of submitting your new page for creation.

Editing Pages:

  1. Click on "Content" in the left navigation
  2. Under "Modules," select "Pages"
  3. Once in the Page interface, navigate to the page you would like to edit, and click "Edit" under "Actions" on the far right.
  4. Once in the edit window, you will see various text and content editing options, which depends upon the Content Type of your page,.
  5. When finished making edits, click "Save page."

*Note- if you want to save a draft of the page, click the "Save as Draft" button instead of submitting your edited page for creation.

Deleting a Page:

  1. Click on "Content" in the left navigation
  2. Under "Modules," select "Pages"
  3. Once in the Page interface, navigate to the page you wish to delete, and click "Delete" under "Actions" on the far right/
  4. When prompted with "Are you sure?" click OK.
